InFinBank (Uzbekistan) plans to give an energetic impulse to its business. For this purpose, in March 2017, the Bank launched a complex of IT projects "Renovation" in the field of CRM, credit line management, and corporate data warehouse development. The main contractor selected SAPRUN.
In the plans of InFinBank - further increase of its credit and investment opportunities. The project "Renovation" is designed to automate the process of interaction with customers, the processes of forming the optimal loan offer, the formation and storage of the client dossier. The project also provides for the tasks of budgeting, reporting and visualization of key indicators on executive dashboards available on any device - from PC to mobile devices.
The duration of the project for implementing the new IT infrastructure of the Bank will be 2 years.
